特製ハンバーグステーキ300g スープ、サラダ、ライスが付いて1200円税込。
まずはセットのスープとサラダが配膳されました。すぐにハンバーグステーキが提供されないということは、先に召し上がれってことなのでしょう。
カジュアルな店のランチで、これやられると戸惑います。
サラダはオリジナルのドレッシングなのでしょう、ちょっと私には酸味が強かったです。サラダと言ってもほぼサニーレタスだけなので少し寂しい。
玉ネギなども加えて欲しい。
スープは、ベーコンが入ったコンソメぽい味のスープでベーコンが美味しい。
メインのハンバーグステーキは、厚みのある形をしています。
じっくり中まで火を通すのに時間がかかるタイプのハンバーグステーキです。
ナイフを入れたら、中から肉汁が、ジュワーッと出てきました。ジューシーな仕上がりです。
ソースはデミグラスソース、おろしポン酢から選べます。私はデミグラスソースでお願いしましたが、ソースが少ないです。もっと豪快にデミグラスソースをかけて欲しい。ちょっと物足りないです。
味は、普通のハンバーグステーキです。オーソドックスな味でした。
特製ハンバーグステーキとあったが、どの辺りが特製なのだろうか？特製ぽさは感じませんでした。
300gで1200円ならば妥当な値段かと思う。
余談ですが、
カウンター席に通されたが、見た目はお洒落なバーのような椅子だが、何とも座りにくい。この座りにくい椅子だけで、辟易してしまう。
