夜はイタリアンバルで、昼はハンバーグランチなお店です。
お水はセルフで、店内全席オールタイム喫煙可で、ごはんおかわりは有料でも不可。
ハンバーグは、中まで良く火が通っているが柔らかく、弱い力で切り込みを入れることが出来ます。お肉の配分は豚多めの牛少なめのスタンダードタイプかと思われます。
卵は半熟で、お肉と絡めて食べると美味しいです。
もう少し肉の力強い味と、肉汁があれば……またはごはんおかわり可だったり、禁煙だったりと、何かワンポイントが欲しいところです。
夜はウイスキーシングル多くの銘柄が800円で、サービス料300円がかかります。
白州が置いてあり、何年物なのか店内を探すが見当たらない。ホールの店員さんに聞くも見つからず……。察した私は間髪入れずに『あ、いいです』とたしなめた。
近くに調理中の亭主がいるにも関わらず、すぐに聞きに行かない時点でお察ししました。
それが悪いことだとは思いません。
どうか常連さんはその辺も含め、暖かい目で見守ってもらえるといいなって思いました。
