今日は終日外部の講習！
オンラインだけどね、、、
その方が逆に疲れるー
しかも、昼休憩は45分、、、
よってランチはバナナのみになりましたw
夜は軽く呑みに行っちゃうかー！
最近夜の呑み歩き多すぎw
今日は焼き鳥屋のマスターに教えてもらったこちらのお店に来てみました(^^)
まぁー、教えてもらわなかったら、
まず発見は出来ないねw
場所は桜木町駅から3分～5分
ビルの5階にあります
完全に隠れ家！
エレベーターを上がり、いざ店内へー
おぉぉ
常連で誕生日の方がいるみたいで、めちゃくちゃ盛り上がってるw
これはいい意味で非日常w
ぶち上がってるね(^^)
誕生日会は苦手です
サラリーマンがゆっくり1人で呑むお店ではないかもね
本日いただいたのは
・お通し なめ茸
・燻製5種盛り(鴨モモ肉、味付半熟玉子、ベーコン、
サバ、いぶりがっこチーズ)
・ビネガー大根(ゆず大根の代わり)
・岩手鴨もも肉タタキ
・生ビール
・ハイボール
・オンダーサワー
しめて、5,100円くらい！
燻製もタタキも旨ーーー！
これはお酒に合うねー
香りも、噛んだ時の味わいもよし
どれもひと手間かかってる
鴨のタタキって食べた事無かったけど、
これまた美味し
臭みなし
赤身の美味さ、甘さがダイレクトにくる
オンダーサワーは葡萄味で爽やか(^^)
クラフトビール苦手なので飲まなかったけど、
好きな方は更に楽しめるね！
おいしかったです！
また来ます
