野毛で飲むなんて何年振りでしょうか。10年以上は確実に来てないエリアですが、盛り上がっている噂を聞きつけてこちらにやってきました。
自然派ワイン勉強中につき、珍しいワインをあるということで楽しみにしてきました。
最初に飲んだのは蝦夷泡という北海道余市のスパークリング。北海道のワインは初だな〜。少し前に飲んだ山形のワインに似た感じですが、これは美味しかった。
ナイアガラ100％とのことで甘めですがスッキリしつつ、ちょっと食べるブドウの感じがしますよねー。
その後も何杯か飲みましたが、最初の蝦夷泡が一番印象に残りました。日本のワインはほんと最近レベルが上がってきてますね。
最後に飲んだスペインのオレンジワイン、パラヘスデルバルも良かった。ワインはあまりハズレもなく全て良かったです。
お料理はまぁ普通のビストロの枠を出ないかなぁ…。もっと攻めたメニューにしてもこの店だったらウケるとは思いました。もちろん全部悪くはなかったので、安定感あっていいですけどね。ラムチョップのローストなんかは臭みもなくてほんと美味しかったです。
