My partner took me to Chohachi, a 24-hour set meal restaurant near Hinodemachi Station♪ It was so wonderful that they were able to serve the entire menu starting in the morning♪ What's more, they have a wide variety of menu items. It's so hard to choose lol Since the store name has the word "Pork Cutlet" in it, it seems like it's definitely a tonkatsu♪ My partner who has used Chohachi several times also ordered a tonkatsu set meal, so I tried to imitate it. It's been a while since I've eaten a thick pork cutlet♡♡ It's thick but crispy and very soft (*´艸｀*) The coating is also crispy♡ I could really feel the sweetness and flavor of the pork♪ The sauce is homemade A thick, thick sauce☆ Vegetables and fruits are stewed, so you can feel the fruity sweetness and spiciness♪ At first, I ate it with the sauce, but when I saw that my partner had added the wasabi that came with the sashimi to the cutlet, I tried copying it and it was really delicious ♡♡ I only discovered it when there were only two pieces left. . .
