友人らとの飲みでこちらへ。
野毛一番街のお洒落な焼鳥屋さん。
男性の1人飲みから若い女性グループまで客層が幅広い。
いただいたのは、梅水晶とスパムチーズ。
梅水晶は安定のさっぱりとした美味しさ。
スパムチーズはまずスパムを丁寧に炭火で焼いて、そこにチーズをのせてバーナーで炙りとろりと溶かしたもの。
お好みでタバスコをかけて。
意外に重くなくスパム自体も小さめで食べやすい。
こちらのお通しでもつか何かを湯引きして味付けしたものが提供されたが、それがとても美味しくきっとこのお店は串などのメニューも美味しいだろうなと思った。
次回はお腹を空かせていろいろなメニューを楽しみたい。
