休日の夕食、横浜東口から徒歩数分の所にある"大衆ビストロ 煮ジル 横浜東口店"さんを訪問。
横浜の知人を訪ねた際、駅近くに最近できた「やけに明るい店があるので行ってみよう」という事になり訪問。
6時過ぎのまだ薄明るい時間にも関わらず、イカ釣り漁船かと見違える程の明るさ。「これは目を引くわ」と思いつつ入店。
予約をしていなかったのでカウンターに案内され、まず白のスパークリングワインでスタート。
そしてオーダーした料理は、
・厚切りベーコンと林檎/胡桃/ペコリーノチーズのサラダ。
→表面真っ白、これでもかという程チーズが振りかけられたサラダ。
(カールスバーグ)
・ハーフ鶏のタンドリーフリット
→鶏の唐揚げ。表面カリッと中身はジューシィー、いい感じ。
・牛すじ煮込みとフォアグラのスクランブルエッグ。
→大量の九条ねぎが食感と味を引き締め、ベースの牛すじ&フォアグラ&半熟玉子の味ミックスがとても美味。絶品。
(横浜ハイボール)
→生姜飴?が入った甘めのハイボール。
・海老とクレソンのビストロギョウザ
→辛めの出汁(タレ)に海老のすり身と餃子皮とが絡み良い塩梅。
・仔羊肩ロースのコンフィロース
→これも九条ねぎがタップリ、仔羊肉と食感&味わいGood。生姜&蜂蜜&林檎の甘めのソースが女子受けしそう。
・プリン
→トロトロで大人な苦目のカラメル入り。
大衆居酒屋と謳っていてもお店はカップルか女子会が多くにぎやかで華やかな雰囲気。横浜はどこもこんな感じ?
