横浜にある大衆ビストロD&Dへ～。
横浜駅の東口から徒歩5分ぐらいの場所にあります。
だいたい横浜で食べ飲みする時は高島屋側の西口なので東口は比較的静かなエリアで
この日は横浜に住んでる友人に連れてきて貰いました。
大通りに面して外観もビストロチックで入りやすい雰囲気
細長い店内は思いのほか広く
テーブル席にカウンター席があり
今回は更に奥の個室の席に通して貰いました。
まずは生ビールではなく(笑)
名物のDDこぼれスパークリングワインをチョイス
目の前で注いでくれます。 凄い！！！
ほんとたんまりと注いでくれてグラスから溢れてる！！！
サービス抜群
このパターンは自分からグラスに近づいて
お迎えに行くパターンで乾杯です。
・アンジュエール スパークリングワイン
辛口のスペイン産でとっても飲みやすい～。
・お通し
アボカドディップ＆生ハム
アボカドディップソースが濃厚で滑らか～。
スパークリングワインが進みます。

クリームチーズとハチミツが相性抜群
イチジクのプチプチと甘味もあり
バケットと一緒に食べると更に美味しさが引き立ちます～。

チーズは塩味がありほのかな酸味
空気感たっぷりのフワフワ新鮮野菜に厚切りのベーコンが
たまらない～。
おススメ料理の看板を見ると
お肉は牛ハラミのローストだったので注文です。
同じ量で同じ値段の牛フィレ肉も迷ったー(笑)
・牛ハラミのロースト
ソースが選べたのでゴルゴンゾーラとワサビソース
低温調理で美味しさを閉じ込めた牛ハラミはとっても柔らかく
ジューシー
ローストビーフみたい。
赤身が残る絶妙な焼き加減で
150ｇあるお肉は美味しくペロっと完食
ゴルゴンゾーラのソースもワサビが入る事によって爽やか～。
今回はこぼれスパークリングワインで満足してしまったけど
1杯で3杯ぐらいはある飲み応え(笑)
ワインのボトルは3000円～とまさに大衆ビストロ価格
気づくと会社帰りのグループ連れやカップルなどでにぎわってました。
カジュアルでワインと美味しいお肉が食べられる
ビストロは使い勝手が良いと思う。
