大洋ホエールズが待ちだったので入りました。
メニューを見たらビールはサントリーモルツの生しかありませんでした。この時点でモチベーションダウン。
ただ、お店がスタッフは飲み客対応に集中していて、混んでいても積極的に客にに声かけしてます。
店内も器の酒が減ったら声を掛けてお代わり需要を逃さない教育が徹底してました。
生レモンサワーをお代わりして飲みました。薄いけど美味しかった！ただ、サワー系が400円以上で高いことは場所柄しょうがないのでしょうか？
良かったのは、ホッピーを飲んでいた隣の客がキンミヤの濃さを4段階でどれにしますかと聞かれていたこと！今度はこれだけで来る価値ありだと思いました。
サワーの2杯目が少しだけ安くなるのもマルです。
料理はまあまあ。元気の良い接客でカバーしているように感じました。
他の店にも行こうと決めました。この地下楽しいです。
新橋の雑居ビル同様に戦後のグチャグチャを整備するために作ったのだと想像します。結果的には良い酒飲み文化になって有難いです。
