12月年末に山形の料理が食べられるお蕎麦屋さん「武山人」さんへ
平日19時くらいの訪問、先客1名。
この日は、山形の芋煮が食べたいなぁと思い訪問。が、しかしこの日はありませんでした。
まずはビールで喉を潤し、「いたわさ」「そはやの玉子焼き」「山形の玉こんにゃく」。
「玉こんにゃく」
こんにゃくに味が染み染みで美味い。
たまに、有楽町のアンテナショップで買いますが、山形の玉こんにゃく好きです(^ ^)
しばらくして、やはり山形の日本酒「六歌仙」を燗で2本ほど。
合わせるように「鴨陶板焼き」こちらは青森県産の津軽鴨、乾燥ゼンマイの煮物がなく代わりに出してもらったもの、忘れました。
こちら食べ物のメニューはそんな多くありませんが、なかなかいいです。
さすがに寒い地方だけあって味がちょい濃い目ということもあり、お酒が合う。
締めに、せいろを注文し、1時間半ほど。
蕎麦も手打ちで好みの食感で美味い。
