この日のランチは野毛のすみれ。
開店してすぐだったので待つこともなく入店。
定番の味噌ラーメンとビールをオーダー。冷えたビールが旨い。
そして味噌ラーメンが到着。
まずはラードで覆われたスープを一口。
味噌の感じは以外とマイルドで飲みやすく美味。
北海道ならではの縮れ麺もプリプリとした食感で美味しい。
チャーシュー、メンマも一つ一つが美味しく満足な一杯でした。
