This is my first visit and I made a reservation at this restaurant because I wanted to eat Cow tongue. I don't eat rice at night, but my companion said rice would be good for Cow tongue, so I ordered it as a set meal. Boiled tongue and tataki were sold out, so I ordered a side dish of Cow tongue with mustard sauce, which I thought would be like spicy shigure. The dashimaki egg in the tail soup looks delicious, so I ordered it♪ The spicy shigureni-like dish has a sweet and salty seasoning and is very delicious♪ The mustard sauce has more quantity than I expected and is chewy, so it makes my jaw tired lol. The dashimaki is packed with the flavor of the soup and is easy to eat. very delicious! It seems like it's baked after you order it, so it's warm and the tail soup oozes out when you bite into it, which is great. The set meal of Cow tongue has also arrived. The tail soup is really delicious! Also pickled green chili peppers in miso! I loved this so much that I ate it all.My companion ordered yam and ate the barley rice set. Cow tongue is well seasoned, so it can be served as is with rice! It was a feast.
