関内で予約してあるのですが、45分程早く到着したので、一駅前で下車。
向かった先はラーメン屋なのに握りが出るこちら「すごい煮干ラーメン 野毛 すし 釣りきん」
入り口の段差で靴が滑り転けそうになりました(^^; 一部始終を見られてた感じ・・
入店して右側に券売機が有るので、ラーメンのハーフと握り１貫を選択します。
■すごい煮干ラーメン醤油ハーフ840＋中トロ赤酢300
本当にカウンターで寿司を握ってるのだが(^^);
と同時に、サブの人がラーメンも茹でていてほぼ同タイミングで着丼。
◇中トロ
赤酢のシャリ、味付けシャリの硬さに特徴は無いものの、刷毛塗りの煮切り
和歌山ではラーメンと鯖寿司を一緒に食べる文化が有ってビックリしましたが・・
赤酢の握りが出てくるラーメン店は初めて。
◇すごい煮干ラーメン醤油
パッと見、スープに使われている煮干がチャーシューに乗ってる(^^);
煮干も強いが醤油も強く、でもしょっぱ過ぎないスープ
ネギが四角く切られて浮いているのも特徴
麺は平打ちピロピロ麺で歯応え残るそこそこ硬め
そして、ワンタンかと思ったら鬼ひも川みたいな麺のトッピング
薄切りのでっかいチャーシュー
次が無ければ、普通サイズラーメンに握り5貫でもOKな味でしたー
