お店の名前の通り驚くほど煮干し全面のスープ
まるで帯のような太麺と、中にも中太麺がたっぷり。
海鮮のあっさりさは通り越し驚くほどの濃さ。
煮干しを楽しむにはここまでしないといけないのかしら。
油の膜が厚く、ちょっと私には重すぎたような、
好みは別れそうですが、ハマる人はしっかりハマりそう
お寿司のセットも頂ける珍しいお店です。
