横浜駅付近でたまたま入って良かったので、この度はこちら。パシフィコから歩いたため少し時間かかりましたが、桜木町からはすぐ近く。微妙な時間でしたが半分ほどの入りと好評のようです。入口の券売機で人気No.1をポチッ。後で気づいたのですが、こちらのラーメンは定番のすごい煮干ではなかったようです。新作は未食なので、逆に良かったのですが。寿司は日替をチョイス。10分ほどで着丼しました。
おおっ、すごい煮干と違って塩のようですね。まずはスープを一口。昆布と煮干のようですが、昆布出汁が強めに出ている印象。旨みもしっかりで寿司に合いそう。ということで真いわしの握りをパクリ。なかなか良い感じ。そして麺をずるり。加水高めの極太縮れ麺はモチっとしてぷりぷり。寒ぶり、めあじなども食べつつ、メンマをパクリ。柔らかくて大ぶり。チャーシューは薄切りですが、脂分も少なく柔らかい。ネギが豊富なのも好印象。本まぐろもいただき一気に完食。寿司との相性はこちらのラーメンかもと思いましたが、やはり定番もたまに食べたいかもですね。ご馳走さまでした。
