こちらのお店では、オーナーさんの出身地である信州長野県からリンゴを直送されており、名物のアップルパイにはもちろんのこと、サラダや前菜などにも至る所にりんごが登場します！
私も長野にルーツがあり、よくりんごを送ってもらってたので、なんだか嬉しい！
珪藻土石窯で焼くピッツァや生パスタなど魅力的なメニューがたくさんで迷ってしまうのですが…。

オーダーしてから一枚一枚丁寧に作ってくれます！
もっちりとした蕎麦粉の生地と、たっぷりチーズ、キノコを合わせていただきます！
たまごも絡めて濃厚！
個人的にはもう少し塩気か、黒胡椒みたいなスパイスがあると味が引き締まるかなと思いました

テンションかなりあがりました！
