関内方面に行くとつい立ち寄りたくなる店「横浜ブギ」
ここはナポリタンが有名なんです。
どこか懐かしい…
そして思い出して何度も食べたくなるナポリタン。
訪問したのは19時過ぎ。
2軒目だったので、店主に相談して
前菜を少しずつ盛り合わせで頂きました。
あとは本命のナポリタン。
1軒目であえて〆を頼まず、
こちらでナポリタンを食べるつもりだったのです。
カポナータは別で手間暇かけて手作り。
味付けは何と塩のみというのか驚き。
野菜の旨みを感じる！
パスタはモチっとしてて美味で
カポナータとの相性は抜群。
生クリームやバターと一緒にあえるので
トマトの酸味ばかり感じることもなく濃厚です。
店主の対応も親切でついまた来たくなる店。
相変わらずナポリタン美味かったです！
