全体的に肉質へのこだわりよりも食べさせ方や味付けの方に振っている印象で、店のコンセプトもわかりやすく、エンターテイメント性の高いお店でした。
ちなみに名物のはみ出るカルビは要予約のため要注意。
【味】★★★☆
肉質は悪くも無いが、良くもなし。しかし、味付けはどれも素晴らしく、食べさせ方にも工夫があり、好感度の高いメニューが多かったです。
はみ出るカルビは予約していなかったため食べられず残念でした。
以下、肉評価です。

味付けもよく価格的にも最高のメニュー。

カルビが美味しいというのは気分が上がります。
◎ 黒毛和牛やみつきカルビ
甘辛のクセになる味付け。
◎ 月見炙り刺し
生肉好きにはたまらない。
◎ ミルフィーユロース
味付けがよく、ご飯が止まらないメニュー。
◯ はみ出たいハラミ
やや臭みがあり、タレに救われている感じ。
◯ 天肉塩（ツラミ）
やや食べ応えがあり、味も淡白。
