2021年3月29日に新規オープンというのをエレベーターで見ていくしかないと決めていたお店です♪

オープニングということで胡蝶蘭が沢山あります。名前を見てみると焼肉の名店よろにくからも来ている辺り期待できるのではないでしょうか＾＾
子供もいるので個室をお願いしました。
みなとみらいの景色は一望できないですが、それでも半個室ではなく完全個室は子連れにとってはありがたい☆
まずつまみですが、はまったのがホルモンのアヒージョ☆
面白いなぁって思ったし、お勧めになってたので頼みましたが、これがなかなかヒット☆
ホルモンの歯ごたえがアヒージョの味付けとよく合います♪
ありそうであまり見ないですね＾＾
さてさてお肉は全国から厳選した和牛に拘っていると合ってなかなか上質。
たれと塩、レモンでいただくのですが、タンは上タンというだけあって肉厚で、カルビは脂がのっている♪
シンシンは高級感溢れており、ハラミは肉質良好♪
ただ、4枚でどれも1000円前後と値段は高め。。。
これが6枚位だったら妥当なんだけど・・・。やはり場所の値段代は入っているのかしら・・・＞＜
冷麺は固めの太麺で盛岡冷麺風☆
ちなみに子供にアイスクリームのサービスしてくれたのは凄くうれしかった☆
ただ、違うテーブルの会計と間違えたのはいただけない。。。
ボトルワインなんて頼んでない――＞＜って気が付かなければ一万円多く払うところだった。。。
まぁ新しく始まったばかりだしこの辺はオペレーションが慣れたら良くなっていくと期待しております♪
コレットマーレ7階、6階は一新されてどんどん新しいお店が入ってくる予定なのでこれからちょくちょくお邪魔します♪
