珍しいクラフトビールと焼き小籠包をいただきに、若者向けの店のようですがおしゃれして勇気を出して行ってみました。
お酒には全く詳しくありません。割高なクラフトビールをセルフで冷蔵庫から取り出し飲むスタイルです。
缶ビールが1000円近いのには驚き!価値が分からず飲みました笑。小籠包に合わせ紹興酒を初めて飲みました。茶色く濃いシロップのような味なんですね。これに関しては割安なお値段(1000円くらい)だそうです。
ザラメを入れるとかまたビックリ。世界が広がりました。
こだわりのお料理はどれも一風アレンジされた、洗練された味でやはりおしゃれ屋台風居酒屋です。
お通しの大根餅はカリッと、ザーサイの浅漬けは浅漬けになってました。ポテトサラダにはニンニクチップがたっぷり濃厚仕立て、焼き小籠包は底にしっかり焼き目が香ばしい。豚のほろほろした角煮、これは絶品でした。よく自作しますが、ここまで柔らかく仕上げるにはかなり時間がかかります。素晴らしい。
最後に蟹味噌じゃがバターを追加しましたがお腹いっぱいで。
普段食べない感じを堪能できました。
周りは素敵女子達と美男美女カップルばかり。
普段行く店では感じない雰囲気も味わえました。
