横浜駅の五番街を抜けてビブレを左に行くエリアにお店を構えます。
このエリアは実は隠れた名店が多いエリアで穴場スポットだったりします。
お伺いしたのが平日の16時台ににも関わらず
お店のコンセプトがネオ居酒屋で、平日夕方にも関わらず若い方を中心に賑わってました
店内はカウンターのスタイルやテーブルなど若者の心を鷲掴みするようなオシャレなスタイルです。
アルコールとしても
スタンダードの瓶ビールだけでなく
台湾のビールやおしゃれな缶のレモンサワーなど、普段お目にかかれないものが多く、自分で冷蔵庫から取るスタイルでした。
この冷蔵庫から取るスタイルが
友人とどれと飲む〜？などのやりとりも楽しめそうです。
特に美味しかったのが、台湾のビールで
特に名前はついていませんでしたが、カロリーオフにも関わらずしっかりとした美味しさがあってよかったです。
食べ物としては
蒸気集団という店名の通り、蒸し系はもちろんのこと、4種の(鶏、鱶鰭、プレーン、にら)など美味しいものばかりでした。
とろとろ豚バラチャーシューは柔らかくボリューミーで美味しかったです。
