横浜にて頑張っている社員との会。
知人に薦められた、何やら店名が面白い。
19:15頃入店。
すでに知る人ぞ知るお店なのか店内はお客様がたくさん。
しかも内装がユニークで、雰囲気も良い。
なんだかわくわくするお店。
オーダーはすべてQRコードからですが、
ビールだけは自身が冷蔵庫に取りに行くシステム。
自分の好きな台湾ビールの銘柄を選べる楽しさ。
早速、一番オーソドックスな台湾ビールをチョイス。
すっきり飲みやすいビールです。
お通しが大根餅。
甘すぎず、お酒にも合う。
メニューを見ても料理名がすべてそそられる感じ。
せいろの蒸し系の料理は時間がかかるとのことです。
まずは早く出るものから
おつまみめんま
大き目のメンマが４キレ位。
分厚く柔らかい食感。
味付けもよく、お酒もすすむ
炙りカツオのたたき。
屋台風のお店で出るカツオで、
正直どうだろう？と思ってたのですが
これがまた新鮮で絶品。
炙り加減も絶妙で、素晴らしい！
蒸し鶏のネギソース。
ごま油のきいたネギソースが最高。
淡白なささみの部分とよく合い、ビールもうまい。
鶏レバーのごま塩。
これもまた絶妙なおつまみ。
正直、これもお酒が泊まらない。
肉汁焼小籠包の４種盛り

これがまた肉汁たっぷりでたまらない。
汁の飛び出るのは要注意です(笑)
ドリンクはハイボールへ。
おつまきチャーシュー。
見た目通り、いかにもチャーシューって感じ。
おつまみとして最高！
せいろ蒸し料理
白ハマグリと台湾ビール蒸し。
非常に香ばしい仕上がり。
バターがきいていて、ハマグリの奥深い味がまた、たまらない。
和牛ホルモンせいろ塩煮込み。
もつ鍋のような味わいですが、
にらの風味がまして、とても豊かな味わい。
見た目以上に上品。
二階堂ソーダ割。
〆もいろいろあっても迷いましたが
ジャージャー麺を注文。
たれが濃厚で絶品。
これがうますぎてハイボールをこの時に注文してしまった！
お店の雰囲気やお店の方々の接客姿勢、気配りなど、
とてもレベルの高いお店。
お客様が楽しめる空間を一生懸命演出しているのがわかるお店。
友達や恋人同士で活用できると思います。
