はじめまして。まかろんです。
主に平日のお昼は、現場近くのお店をリサーチして辿り着いた場所をレビューしていることが多いです。
平日のお昼は休憩時間も限られているので、お店の混雑具合等も合わせてレビューしていけたらと思っています。
主に早い、安い、美味いを平日のお昼は評価の基準にしています。
休日は、両親、妻、妹、友人等と前から気になっていたお店に訪問することが多いです。
味はもちろん。お店の雰囲気等も休日訪問した際は基準にしています。
妻と一緒に訪問した際は、妻の評価(女性目線等)も挟んでレビューしていこうと思っています。
平日の夜、友人とこちらのお店を訪問しました。
横浜駅西口5番街からビブレ、ドンキ方面、居酒屋が立ち並ぶ通りにこちらのお店があります。
中に入ると、奥まで広いスペースがあり、カウンター席は目の前に鉄板があり目の前で調理が見れるスタイル。
ビール缶のみ自分で冷蔵庫から好きなものを取って飲むスタイルで、アジア系のあまりみたことがないビールがたくさんありました。
お通しの大根餅とビールで乾杯し、QRコードから注文。
＊ホルモン山椒麻婆豆腐
裏メニューというのがLINE友達になると頼めるらしく、早速活用して裏メニューリストから何点か注文してみました。
山椒の少しきいた麻婆豆腐で、ホルモンもゴロゴロ入っていて美味しい。
辛さも2辛で注文しましたが、日本人に馴染んだ辛さでしたので食べやすい。
＊名物 肉汁焼き小籠包
3種類の焼き小籠包で、皮は分厚目でモチモチ。
一口かじると中から熱々スープがでてくるので火傷注意。
3種類の味が楽しめおすすめの一品。
＊ジャンボ蒸し焼売
しっかりそのままでも味がついているのでそのまま食べるのがオススメです。
お好みでテーブルに置いてある黒酢も美味しいので少し味変でかけても美味しい。
＊台湾名物 割包
台湾のハンバーガーみたいなものでしょうか、外の蒸しパンが特徴的でお腹も満たされ大満足。
＊黒胡麻団子
最後の〆は黒胡麻団子。
だいたい中華にいくと頼んでしまいます。
中の黒胡麻ソースがほのかな甘さで美味しい。
お会計を頼むと、漫画AKIRAとともに伝票が運ばれてきました。
店員に聞くと、AKIRAの世界観をコンセプトにしているとのことです。
内装も天井を見上げると龍のペイントがされていたりとこだわりを感じる内装でしたので納得。
目の前で調理する鉄板焼きスタイル、内装等のコンセプトに忠実なこだわりが感じられる屋台居酒屋さんでした。
