どうやら美味しかったイタリアンの姉妹店みたいなので、1人ネット予約してランチで寄ってみることに。ランチコースPranzo B（前菜、パスタ、メイン）￥3,500で、パスタはタリアッテレトスカーナの伝統菓子パンフェルテ風味和牛のラグー（ミートソース）（＋￥330）、メインは天然鯛と車海老のソテーのムール貝入り魚介の裏漉しトマトスープ仕立て（＋￥1,100）をチョイスして、しめて￥5,280。
まずは、前菜ですが普通でありました。食したパスタはなんとも変わった風味で、とにかく甘い! メインの魚介も甘い! もちろん、具材自体は美味しく感じますが、自分には味付けが甘すぎなのと香りが強過ぎなお料理といった感想でした。あと、パンもいまいちかな。
お店は最寄り駅から10分弱でしょうか。店内はカウンター5席とテーブル5つくらいだった記憶ですが、もっとあるのかも。オレンジ色が基調の綺麗なお店でした。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは2022年１月オープンみたいです。今までのイタリア料理の伝統を継承しつつ、 未来を創造し新たな伝統、未来を築いていきたい、日本やイタリアの生産者が築き上げてきたものを大切に残していきたい、そういう想いを込めてヘリテージ、とのこと。斜め前にあるトラットリアビコローレヨコハマのオーナーシェフが手掛ける新たなお店とありました。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
