First visit! I ordered a weekday-only pasta short course and wine pairing✨ We started with an appetizer platter made with Haruko sea bream, smelt, octopus, and octopus gelatin. Big clam! The clams are plump and the clam soup is exquisite✨ Next is white asparagus, green onion, and raw ham Prosciutto! Again, the balance between the saltiness of the vegetables, tartar, and Prosciutto is wonderful and delicious (о´∀`о) The main dish is pasta with ragu sauce and bamboo shoots ♪ Yes, as expected, it's a course that ends with pasta, and the meatiness and the crunch of the bamboo shoots are amazing. We meet and writhe in agony! I was able to find another delicious restaurant with an imaginative menu that uses spring-inspired ingredients (*´꒳`*)
