横浜駅西口から徒歩7.8分。
雑居ビルの中にあり、エレベーターを降りると
左にお寿司屋さん、右に今回の鉄板焼き屋さんが
あります。系列店だそうです。
お店の中は広いカウンターと鉄板がドーンとあり
窓から日が差して、とても開放感があります。
席について生ビールをお願いし、乾杯をしてると
前菜が運ばれて来ました。
春菊の白和えがとても美味しい。
筍やイイダコとスケソウダラの卵など
旬のものもビールとよく合います。
話しているとシェフが今日のお肉と野菜を
見せてくれました。
鹿児島産のA5ランクのお肉という事で
綺麗なサシが入っている。
楽しみー！！
その間に茶碗蒸し、初鰹の薄造り。
黒毛和牛のローストビーフキャビア乗せ！
キャロットソースとグレービーソース。
美味しいのであっという間になくなります。
生ビールがなくなったのでビア・デザミー・ブロンド
というベルギーのビールを頂く。
これがまたフルーティでとても美味しい。
初めて見たビールでした。
どこに売ってるんだろう。
先程のお肉が焼き上がり、口に入れると
とろける〜！！肉汁の美味しいこと！
野菜も全部甘くて止まらない、、、
汁物と漬物がまた良い味出してる。
炊き込みご飯をガーリックライスに変更
出来るという事で、お肉を焼いた鉄板で
お肉の脂とガーリックで炒めたご飯は
最高に美味しかった。
そこまでガーリックが強くないので
ペロリと食べてしまった。
デザートはガトーショコラ、カボチャのプリン、
アップルパイなどの盛り合わせ。
とっても満足するコースでした！
昼間からこんな贅沢をして良いのでしょうか。
