この日は、横浜で【横浜 神戸牛 鉄板焼き 雪月】さんへ
まずはベルギーのビール（デザミ）で喉を潤していると、
本日のメインとなるお料理（お肉と野菜）の説明をしていただきました。
お肉は、サーロインとフィレ、どちらもサシがしっかりと入っています。
焼き加減を聞かれましたので、レアで！とお願いしました。
その後、前菜、お刺身、茶碗蒸し、ローストビーフ、焼き物、アワビをいただきました。
途中、日本酒を挟んで、お肉なので、赤ワインをいただきました。
その後、メインのお肉食べ比べ！！
サーロインの濃厚さ、フィレの肉々しさを堪能できました。
（おっさん的には、高級サーロインは少し重いですね）
その後、ハイボールで〆て、ご飯、デザートをいただきました。
海鮮から、お肉までしっかりと堪能できました！！
