但馬（たじま）牛の中でも厳選れた「神戸牛」
その美味しさを堪能出来るお店「横浜 神戸牛 鉄板焼き 雪月」。
ビルの7階は右が鉄板焼き「雪月」、左の入口は鮨の「天寿し」になっています。
今回はオトナのデート的に過ごそうということで、こちらのコース。
「プレミアムコース（15,900円）」
前菜は北寄貝やあん肝など魚介系。
器も美しく視覚的にも楽しめるし、それぞれちゃんと美味しい。
メインへの繋ぎもローストビーフでテンション上がりますね。
メイン前に本日の食材を見せてくれます。
オマール海老とサーロイン。
迫力あるオマール海老を間近で見ると…人の偉さが分かりますね（笑）
ダブルメインの1品目。
「オマール海老の鉄板焼き」
味噌の所が特に濃厚な味わい。
ジェノベーゼソースとの相性も抜群、流石の美味しさです。
ダブルメインの2品目。
「A5 黒毛和牛サーロインの鉄板焼き」
茄子やサツマイモなどの焼き野菜が彩りを添えてくれます。
ミディアムの焼き加減で、内側の柔らかさと外側のカリっとさを堪能。
フランスの塩＆ワサビがベストですが、ソースも美味しいです。
ここに炊き込みご飯、赤出汁、香の物が来て、サーロイン定食風。
豪華な布陣、脂っこくないのでサッパリ頂けます。
デザートにはパンプキンプリン＆アイス。
そしてコーヒーか紅茶が付いているので、最後カフェに行かずとも完結です。
魚介も肉も堪能出来るプレミアムなコース。
二人とも大満足、しっかり堪能させていただきました。
余談ですが、大将との地元話で盛り上がりました。
あまりにも近所で色々知っていて親近感出まくり！
