『横浜 神戸牛 鉄板焼き 雪月』さん。
店内はL字型のゆったりとしたカウンターと
個室席が数席あり夜景が非常に綺麗なので
デートや接待に抜群に適しています。
もちろん今回もデートではないですが
ディナー利用でお店に突撃してきました。

今回はスタンダードコースをいただきました。
カウンター席だったので目の前の鉄板で料理が
仕上がる工程が見れてとても臨場感があります。
季節の食材を中心としたメニューが
バランスよく提供されます。
中でも特に印象に残ったのは
焼き物の鮑とサーロイン。
鮑は食感も良くエスカルゴバターソースが
リッチな味わいで好みでした。
メインは鹿児島県産黒毛和牛サーロイン。
焼き加減はオススメのミディアムレア。
肉質は柔らかく脂の旨みもしっかりあり
あっという間に完食しました。
程よく高級感もあり五感で楽しめました。
デート利用かなりオススメですよ！
