ウェスティンホテル横浜23階の洗練されたダイニング『Iron Bay』さんへ。
夜景も去ることながら雰囲気の良い空間、丁寧かつ気持ち良いスタッフの素晴らしい接客。現時点での低評価が不思議です。
エントランスで夜景を見ながら煙が内包された柑橘系の香るローズシロップのウェルカムドリンクをいただき、オープンキッチンを横目に席に気持ち良く案内していただきました。
お子さん赤ちゃんもでしょうか。家族連れの方も多く利用されていましたが、スタッフの方がとても優しく、丁寧に対応していた事がとても印象的でした。オープンスペースの広々とした空間なので、家族連れの方々がいても全く気になりませんでした。
今回は、SPRING FIRE6品コースをchoice。
プレートに合わせてソムリエにペアリングして頂いた多種多様なワインの数々！控え目に言って最高、完璧。ブラビッシモでした。ソフトドリンクも全てがパーフェクト。
オリジナリティ溢れる神奈川県産の新鮮な材料を生かしたコース料理に大満足でした。
50分かけて仕上げる牛肉は食べ応え抜群です。
