前のお店時代からこの一年で通算4回訪問させていただいた。個人的には日本で1番好きなフレンチ。一品一品がどれも繊細で際立って美味しい。あの値段で提供いただけるのが奇跡的。もしミシュランに見つかったら星は間違いない。だって他のミシュランレストランより確実に美味しいもん。接客も丁寧でペアリングのワインもどれも美味しかった。いつもシェフとスタッフの皆様に感謝しています。
