とても腰が低く丁寧で好感が持てました。
基本的には、シェフの素性は明かさず、お客さま第一で、料理と接客に真摯に向き合うことを大切にしているとのこと。
場所も敢えてこのエリアを選び、実力で勝負したいシェフの心意気が伝わってきました！
お料理も素晴らしく感動の美味しさ。
