日ノ出町駅近くの新規ベトナム料理店。
大通沿いの中々目立つ立地と外観。
ランチで訪問。
しゃぶしゃぶフォーや、炒めたビーフンなどに心惹かれながらも、食べたことのないブンボーフエを注文。
ベトナム中部の料理らしい。
かなりツルツルのライスヌードル。メニュー上はビーフンに分類されてるけど、うどんの感覚あり。
スープは牛が強い甘辛。スッキリしてて良い。具も色んな箇所の牛肉が入ってて面白い。レバーが入ってたのは驚いた。
お客さんはベトナムの方と日本人ほぼ半々ぐらい。
奥に別室があるようで大人数でもいけそう。
夜も気になるけど、次はやっぱり"しゃぶしゃぶフォー"ですかね。
