初めて食べたタッカルクッス。
牛骨からとったベーススープに、鶏肉・じゃがいも・ネギ・生うどんを入れて煮込んだ韓国では定番の鍋だそうです。
韓国料理屋さんではついついサムギョプサルを頼んでしまいがちですが、せっかくなので食べたことないメニューをと思い、タッカルクッスをオーダーしましたが、大正解でした。
コラーゲンのトロみがある白濁のスープはいくらでも飲めます。
