野毛の人気店、太陽ホエールが横浜駅前にも出店したのは存じていたのですがいつの間にかそのすぐ近くにももう一軒できていました！ターミナル駅至近に2軒とは勢いが感じられます。
横浜駅2号店はドンキの先を斜め左に入ったラウンドワン向かい。３F建てビルまるっと一軒太陽ホエールです。
野毛本店は混んでて入れないことも多いですがここなら席数も多いし近くにもう一軒あるし穴場かもしれません。
店内は１Fがキッチン前のカウンター席のみで２F、３Fがテーブル席になっています。
壁には横浜ベイスターズのユニホームや選手のベイスボールカードなどが飾られ打順票を模したドリンクメニューもあったりベイファンには堪らない演出。（その昔、横浜ベイスターズは横浜大洋ホエールズと言ってな、、、→長老の声ｗ）
15時～17時のハッピーアワーはこちらの店舗でも健在でした。
ビールやハイボールなど一部のドリンクや看板メニューの餃子までもがハッピー価格でいただけるのです。
また時間にかかわらず一杯目のメガハイボールは750円→350円で飲めたりお得感満載。
メガハイ、生ビール、ハイボール、サワーなどいろいろ飲んだけどドリンク代おそらく一人千円ちょいでそこら辺の飲み放題より安く済んだかも！？
フードの注文は
▪太陽の餃子 (6個）320円→ハッピーアワー価格 200円
薄皮がパリッと焼けてジューシーな具材が詰まった小ぶりな餃子はサイズ感とバランスが良くてとても美味しい。通常価格でもお得なくらいなのに有難すぎて泣けてくる。
▪ホエールの大目玉焼き５ 450円
これも名物メニューで卵1個～5個まで同じ値段で選べます。それは5個いくよね～
白身がカリッと黄身がとろーっとして凄い好みな焼き加減の目玉焼き。敷かれたキャベ千が程よくしっとりしてマヨの味付けがまた良いんです。
▪ポテマカ合い盛り 490円
絶対どっちか迷うあるあるを解決。利用者の心に歩み寄る一皿。
▪骨付きから揚げ ＠110円
一個単位で注文できます。ニンニク醤油味が染み染みでカリカリしっとりの食感が最高。これもここへ来たら必須です。
▪本日の刺身
伺ったらオナガダイとのことで絶対食べたくなった！こんな高級魚にありつけるとは！？
▪海老担々麺 630円
こちらの店舗限定メニュー。海老が丸ごと一尾乗ってめっちゃ濃厚なスープと海老味噌たっぷり。居酒屋の〆ラーレベルを凌駕していた。すぐ近くの横浜駅前店にもないメニューなのでこれだけのためにここの店舗に来る価値ありです！
野毛本店には何度か行って元々好きなお店だったけどここの店舗に来てますます好きになった。
太陽ホエール最高！！！
