I was wondering what would happen if Ramen shop Tatsuya disappeared, but then Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant opened. I went in with high expectations, and it met my expectations. The owner was frank and easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. The dishes have also been devised in many ways (I had never tasted raw potato salad before), and I think we can look forward to more in the future.
