野毛の老舗のお好み焼屋さんを
若い店主が引き継ぎ2023年にリニューアル。
野毛の老舗お好み焼といえばみかさ一択であったが
こちらは韓国系のメニューもいただけるとのことで
嫁ちゃんとワクワクの初訪。
基本は自分で焼くタイプだけど
お願いすればカワイイお姉さんが焼いてくれるスタイル。
ちなみに店内電子タバコは喫煙可。
紙タバコは店頭灰皿で。
まずは名称がかわゆい韓国料理定番の
チュクミポッカからスターティン。
お野菜とイイダコキムチとピリ辛甘ダレで和えた
酒がとまんねーおつまみ。
イイダコがプリンプリンでうめえ〜。
さらに定番のギョプサムさま。
こちらは豚バラでは無く、肩ロース使用とのことで
さっぱりテイスト。
特別にハーフにしていただいたが
これならフルで全然イケちゃうくらいペロリンチョ。
たっぷりの辛ネギ、えごま、サンチュが嬉しい。
ブリブリな牡蠣のバター焼きも楽しんでから
〆は情報量の多い「海鮮トマトチーズカレーもんじゃ」笑
オジさんは駄菓子屋でもんじゃを食べていた世代だから
具は極力シンプルな方が好みだが
海鮮にトマトとカレーは、アテになる間違い無い旨さ。
次回はお好み焼狙いで再訪確定！
