野毛駅から徒歩5分ほど、老舗もんじゃ焼きやさんに訪問、かなり長く営業していて、老舗がバリバリ。ちょうちんからしてらいい味出してる。
久しぶりのもんじゃ焼きに大興奮〜
自分で作る鉄板焼きは最高の楽しみ♪
そして最近の流行りは野毛で飲むこと！
雰囲気や街並みらお店など、全部いい感じ、日常を忘れされてくれる街。どんどん開拓したい
今回、酒好きのお姉さんと訪問。
とりあえず、名物料理はマスト！
サムギョプサルともんじゃ焼きは欠かせない。そして、もんじゃには必ずベビースターラーメンがついてくるのがすごい！
まずは、ビールで乾杯
スルメイカ肝焼き
まんぷくきたら、とりあえずこれ！スルメイカ肝も焼き〜出来上がる寸前で、肝のソースと合わせて食べる！抜群の味付け〜焼いて色が変わるのを見るのも楽しみ♪
肝の味が濃くて、深い味わい
もやしのシャキシャキもたまらない
【明太餅チーズもんじゃ】
もう、本当に明太餅もんじゃがいい！必ず頼んでしまう〜海鮮もトッピングして〜うぅ〜っ
ベビースター、初めはいりません！って断りましたが、ベビースターをかけて食べるのがすごく美味しくて、ハマってしまいました〜
やはり明太餅チーズもんじゃは最高です！
【名物肩ロース】
サムギョプサル〜こちらのお店はもんじゃと、韓国料理が食べられるので、面白い！
ごま油と胡椒がかってる方を下に向けて焼く。
これは、定番！
ごま油の風味がいい感じ。
肩ロースを使用しているので、
ジューシーで、美味しい！
ネギキムチとキムチ、味噌など挟んでもりもり食べる〜大きいお肉なので、満足感しかない。油の加減もいい感じ〜

【豚焼きそばソース】
麺がこだわりありそうな太さで、硬さもちょうどいい。ソースの味と豚の味の融合で、鉄板からすぐに食べれる焼きそば一段と美味しい〜
【コーンバター】
でました、コーンバターは外せない！
バターとコーンが美味しく、その上にもんじゃで残しておいた、チーズをのせて食べました！
コーン・チーズバター、なんてセンスの良い事〜
もちろん早急にたべおわりました！
