A chicken paitan miso Ramen restaurant that opened before I knew it. Apparently it opened around the end of last year. For some reason, there are only 4 types of miso Ramen: Hokkaido, Shinshu, Odawara, and grilled miso. Also soy sauce and salt. I ate Hokkaido miso Ramen. At first, I thought the punch was a little weak, but as I ate it, it got better. The taste is not overwhelming at first bite, but it is rather well-liked. Also, you can specify less noodles and get a 20 yen discount. I sometimes want to eat it when it's cold, but no matter where I eat it, miso Ramen tends to have a strong taste and a strong aftertaste, but the soup here is drinkable all the way to the end and has a nice aftertaste. The gentle richness of the chicken broth is very nice. I also like yellow curly noodles. There's so much on the menu that it's hard to understand, but I think I'll try the others anyway.
