檍さんは、蒲田が本店だそうですが、お気に入りの豚カツ屋さんです。勿論、丸和も大好きなのですが、すぐにロースが売り切れてしまうんですよね。で最近は檍さん一択。
横浜では関内に店があって、長～い行列が出来る人気店ですが、ここ日ノ出町店は未だ新しく今のところ行列しないで良い穴場的なお店です。
以前はロースかつを頼んでいましたが、流石に脂肪取りすぎ、カロリー取り過ぎで指導が入り、ヒレカツにしている今日この頃です。
ヒレはロースと違って脂が少ないので塩を掛けても溶けにくい感じですが、美味しさには変わりありません。健康的に美味しくいただきました。そこそこの年寄りになってしまったので色々と医者の注文はあるものの、檍さんのカツは食べられるよう精進します。
