神奈川県の日ノ出町駅。
ちょっと遅い大岡川沿いの桜を見に
やって来ました。
いやぁ～一週間遅かった、ですね～
出店もでてないし、賑わいが不足してるけど
残った桜をゆっくり見れて、
これはこれで乙ですね。
そして、昼食は出店でと思ってて
空振りしたので、近くにあった｢檍｣で
とんかつにしました。
最近凄いね檍って。
いっぱい支店が出来てます。
ちょうど満席になってしまって、
少し待ちましたが、これくらい全然平気です。
注文したのは、
上ロース定食1,500円(税込)
待ってる間に注文を聞いてくれて、
揚げてくれてました。
揚げあがったカツを直立させ油切りバットへ並べ
かなり時間を掛けて、また逆にして
余分な油を落としてます。
檍の店舗は、数多く行きましたが、
こんなに時間を掛けるお店は、初めてです。
満を持してやって来たとんかつは、
( ´～｀)う～ん、
余熱で火が入り過ぎたかも(・・;)
肉は言わずと知れた、林SPF。
火が入りすぎると、ジューシーさが失われ
このお肉の特長である、ロースといえど
淡白なところが、目立ちすぎる。
油切れは最高( ´∀｀)b
もう少し、レアが良かったなぁ～
でも200gの肉と、具沢山の豚汁と、
ご飯つきでこの価格は安い⤴️
周りのお店が、1,000円超えしてきて
逆に｢檍｣は、安く感じます。
