横浜みなとみらいにある 横浜ベイホテル東急 内のレストラン クイーンアリス で家族がお誕生日会を開いてくれました。
クイーンアリスって、私が高校生の時に
こんなフランス料理を出すお店があるの〜？！って
衝撃を受けたレストラン。
それが、鉄人と言われていた石鍋裕シェフのお店でした。
不思議の国のアリスの世界に迷い込んだような店内とか、
食べたことの無いオシャレなフレンチに魅せられて、
私、西麻布のクイーンアリスに通い詰めていました。
その、大好きな西麻布店は無くなってしまいましたが、
唯一残っている横浜店に行きたいと、
リクエストしてここでお誕生日会を開いてもらいました。
和のテイストを取り入れたフレンチは
石鍋シェフの真骨頂そのまま。
美味しくて懐かしい、
とっても幸せなディナーとなりました。
お店のお席からみなとみらいの観覧車が目の前に
見えます。
キラキラ、とっても素敵な景色でした。
ちなみに、このディナーコースはオズモールで予約して、1人税サ込11,500円でした。
グラスワインは白とロゼとノンアルスパークリングワインを注文しましたが、全て税サ込1400円。
そのあと注文した赤のハウスワインのボトルは
税サ込7500円でした。
