2021, 2023百名店みたいなので行ってみることに。ネットで￥6,500のランチコースを予約して1人で訪問。コース内容は、三種前菜盛合せ、コーンスープ、二種の蒸し点心、烏賊の湯引き魚露ソース、鮑の白湯オイスターソース煮込み、御飯、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐、アイス烏龍茶もいただきましたが、しめて￥6,500。
お料理は笑顔までにはならなかったもののどれもちゃんと美味しかったです。お料理のペースも良いしランチとしては満足気味、ご馳走様でした。
お店は高層ビルの68階にありました。眺めは良いので高い所が好きな方にはおすすめなのかも。
完全禁煙ですが、同フロアに喫煙室ありです。
事後調べによると、シェフは横浜中華街萬珍樓、品川プリンスホテル品川大飯店などで修行を積み、1993年ホテル開業とともに入社、中国料理皇苑に配属され、その後副料理長を経て料理長に就任などとの記載がありました。当時食べログ 3.63。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
