【アイス・ジェラート百名店2023】
学生の時代から良く訪れる横浜ランドマークプラザのお店、フィレンツェ。おそらく私が初めて食べた本格ジェラートだと思います。ランドマークタワーがオープンした時からある老舗のお店です。
暑くなってきたこの日は、近くに立ち寄ったので久しぶりに訪問。量は食べられないと思い、シングルのカップで王道のイタリアンバニラを注文。春なので、現在は苺を使った各種ジェラートが並んでいたのは印象的でした。
昔から食べ続けているイタリアンバニラは、まさにベーシックな商品。しかしながらそこに介在する存在感のある濃厚な味わいが最後まで飽きさせずに楽しませてくれます。
もう少し食べれたら、本当はヨーグルト味と組み合わせることで濃厚とさっぱりが同時に楽しめて最高になるんですが、それはまた次回の楽しみということで。
