ランチで訪問。
新しいエリアの新規開拓。
お店の写真が一番目をひいたこちらに訪問。
親子丼の写真って美味しそうに見えるのは何だろか。
玉子の半熟加減と黄身のコントラストがそそられる。
我は黄身が載せられてるタイプが好き。お味というより見た目。笑
五感で楽しみから大事でしょ？
極みの親子丼御膳 ￥1,300
ただ料理名が大仰なのは少しひく。笑
会社や開発した人に意図や想いは解りますが、働くスタッフとしては
少し迷惑だったりして。遊び心のある料理名や料理だとお客様との会話の
きっかけになるんですけどね。大仰なヤツは、きっかけにもなりますけどね。
反発も食らいやすいものというのが自然の道理で。
茨城県産つくば鶏の希少部位「鶏トロ」を炭火で炙り、使用する卵は「龍のたまご」、米は「会津産特Aのひとめぼれ」、さかえや名物「水炊き」で使用する濃厚な「鶏ガラスープ」と秘伝の出汁で作りました。とはお店のPR文。
鶏トロ？ 鳥肩肉らしい。肩肉？
昔に比べたら、部位も色々と細分化されていますよね。
そうする事で希少性あがるし、特徴だつし。大事な事。
鶏トロが沢山入ってボリューム満点。見た目も十分。
ただビジネスランチで親子丼1300円はCP的にはちとよろしくない。
接客は夜の居酒屋のノリが少し出ていたりするので嫌いじゃないかも。
美味しい親子丼頂きました。感謝。
