8月に入り、私も平凡ながら夏休みを頂いています。仕事休みが細君と重なるのは2日間とわずかなため、みなとみらいエリアの定宿で一緒に1泊。遠出はせずにのんびりと過ごすことにしました。この日の夕食はホテルからほど近いこちらのお店で。帰宅の足を心配すること無く、ビールを飲みながらの中華料理を楽しみます。

看板料理である麻婆豆腐を構成するのは、大豆の味わいが強い木綿豆腐や、花椒や豆板醤がもたらず香りと辛さ、甘みを帯びた味付けのそぼろ肉など。それぞれがこの料理の主役を担い、痺れる辛さを特徴とする、旨みに満ちた逸品に仕上げられています。
現地の味付けが施されたミニサイズの水ぎょうざや、油分で一粒々々がコーティングされているかのように、しっとりしていながらパラパラ感も併せ持った海老チャーハン。これらも美味しさが確立されていて存在感がありました。
日曜の夜、みなとみらい駅周辺は人の引きが早く、20時を過ぎた商業施設は閑散としていました。こちらのお店もお客さまは少なく、普段の賑わいはありませんでしたが、提供された料理の美味しさは全く揺るぎが無く、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。美味しい料理の数々、ごちそうさまでした。
