ずっと前から保存していたお店のひとつ、陳麻婆豆腐さんです。
数年前までは甘口カレーしか食べられなかったのですが、名古屋のとあるお店の麻婆豆腐の虜になってから辛いものが食べられるようになりました。
花椒ががたっぷり入った正宗陳麻婆豆腐もありますが、初めてなので普通の麻婆豆腐セットとエビチリセットを注文。
なお、セットのごはんはおかわり自由です。
ごはんがあっという間に消えるので、おかわり自由はとてもありがたいです☺︎
麻婆豆腐は期待通りの辛さ✨
ひと口目の唐辛子の風味がとても良いです。そっから先は麻痺してあまり風味とか分からなくなってしまうのですが、美味しいことだけは分かります。
正直、麻婆豆腐を食べているとエビチリの辛さは感じなくなるのですが、よくある中華料理店のエビチリと少し違う味付けでとても美味しいです。
中毒性のある辛さでしばらくすると無性に食べたくなるので、また伺おうと思います。
