みなとみらいで打合せがありランチを何処で食べるか考えていたら此方のお店を発見。お昼過ぎぐらいだったので空いておりすんなり入りました。ランチセットは6種類あり麻婆豆腐発祥のお店と言われているので麻婆豆腐にしようかと思いましたが本場四川省の回鍋肉という文字に回鍋肉好きとしての血が騒いでしまい回鍋肉定食を注文。
本場四川省の回鍋肉は豚肉、葉ニンニクと至ってシンプルな構成でした。豆板醤、辣油で味付けされていますが辛味はそこまでありません。豚肉は茹でてあるのか意外とさっぱりしており、柔らかさはあまりなく少し固めな感じです。甜麺醤で野菜たっぷりの回鍋肉と比べると物足りなさがありますがご飯とはメチャクチャ合います。日本でいう生姜焼きみたいな感じですね。
生姜が効いて塩味のバランスが優れているスープ、口直しのザーサイは良かったです。ライスはお代わり出来るみたいです。
