ランドマークタワーが30周年だそうです。
こちらのお店ドラゴンカルビは22周年。
22周年特別記念コースというお得なコースがあったので
食べてきました。
場所はドッグヤードガーデンB1F。
ランドマークタワーを地下2階まで降り、
駐車場を横切ってドッグヤードガーデンの建物へ行きます。
『前菜盛り合わせ』
キムチ、ナムルと共にハツ刺しもありました。
ニンニクで食べるとgood。
『コッチョリサラダ』
こちらのコッチョリサラダは辛くなく、
チョレギサラダ風で食べやすかったです。
『雲丹炙りロース』
もう炙ってあるのでタレにつけてそのまま食べてOK。
雲丹の磯の味がアクセント。
階段盛り『ドラゴンタン/極上カルビ/ほっぺカルビ/
漬けハラミ/秘伝カルビ』
階段盛りはテンション上がりますねー。
卓上には各テーブルに七輪。
その上に随分軽い小さめの網を乗っけてました。
最初なかなか焼けずに遅いスターターでしたが
途中から炭が温まりお肉の脂も垂れて、
早く焼けるようになりました。
レモンは最初だけ無料、追加分は有料だそうです。
『サムギョプサル』
長ーいサムギョプサル。
ハサミでカットしてから焼いて
野菜で巻いて食べます。
網の上でグツグツさせたニンニクを一緒に巻くと
美味しかった。
『石焼ビビンバ』
お店のスタッフが混ぜてくれます。
お茶碗によそうのは自分で。
辛いのが好きな人にはコチュジャンを足してくれるそう。
私も友達も辛いの苦手なのでコチュジャンなしで。
ちょうど良い味で美味しかったです。
『デザート』
杏仁豆腐でした。
