平日夜は予約限定で食べ放題があるそう。
安心・安全そして『日本一の肉』に拘っているという焼肉屋さん。
目利きした職人さんが上質なメス牛のみ仕入れされていらっしゃるそう。
ひとつの銘柄に拘らない理由は、その時によっていいと思うお肉の銘柄が違う為。
独自の技術で2ヶ月間熟成を実現し、問屋直営焼肉店さんなので全国から選りすぐりの肉を仕入れられています。
【店内雰囲気】
テーブル自体が小さいので注文時は頼みすぎ注意です。
あと隣の席との間隔は狭めに感じました。
【お料理】
◯ナムル
かぼちゃの素焼き、ひじき煮、もやしナムル、ほうれん草のナムル、きんぴらもやし、ゼンマイ煮。
品数が多くてナムル好きな人にはぴったり。
◯ねぎねぎタン塩
たっぷりのネギを巻いて串で刺した包み焼き。
ネギが溢れないのでしっかりいただけます。
◯上ハラミ
脂と赤身のバランスが取れた下味がしっかりとついたハラミでした。
タレの味付けはしっかり甘いタイプでした。
写真撮っていないのですが冷麺は蕎麦粉を使用でさっぱり。
石焼ビビンバはお焦げがしっかりついてナムルがたっぷり入っていて美味しかったです。
